Born and raised in Brisbane, Dr Robert Ha attended Brisbane State High School and the Queensland Academies for Science, Mathematics and Technology before completing his dental degree at Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2015. He spent seven years in private practice on the Gold Coast before returning home to Brisbane.

Robert has completed both domestic and international training in implant surgery, and has a particular interest in full mouth rehabilitation, complex wear cases, restorative dentistry, and crown and bridge work — alongside a broader passion for surgical dentistry. A self-confessed technology geek, he stays on top of the latest continuing education and has a real passion for digital dentistry, from CAD/CAM and 3D printing through to digital smile design and digital surgical planning. Robert is fluent in English and conversational in Vietnamese, and is happy to assist Vietnamese-speaking patients where he can.

Outside the clinic, Robert is always chasing the next great restaurant, an action and thriller movie fan, and a regular at the gym and the board games table.

He lives locally with his wife and fellow principal dentist, Dr Jungmin Kang, their labradoodle, and their young family. In 2026, Robert and Jungmin became the new owners of Kedron Dental Centre, continuing to work alongside long-serving dentists Dr Tharani De Silva and Dr Russell McDonald. He's excited to welcome new patients through the doors and continue caring for the local community that has trusted this practice for over 40 years.
