At Kedron Dental Centre, we believe in providing clear and transparent information about the cost of your dental care.
Treatment charges are determined by the time, complexity and materials involved in your care. Wherever possible, we'll discuss your treatment options and associated fees with you before proceeding, and provide a treatment plan and estimate for more extensive dental work. We ask that accounts are settled at each visit.
Private Health Insurance & Preferred Providers
Kedron Dental Centre welcomes patients with all Australian private health funds, and all of our dentists are preferred providers with our participating health fund networks.
Our current preferred provider arrangements include Bupa, Medibank, HCF, NIB, CBHS and the smile.com.au oral health program, helping eligible members maximise their dental benefits and reduce their out-of-pocket costs.
For your convenience, we offer on-the-spot private health insurance claiming through HICAPS. Simply bring your current health fund card or digital membership card to your appointment and, where available, we can process your claim at the practice so you only need to pay the remaining gap.
Your exact rebate and out-of-pocket cost will depend on your health fund, level of cover, annual limits and the treatment being provided. Our team can provide you with a treatment estimate before proceeding, and you're welcome to contact us if you'd like to discuss your health fund benefits.
Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
Eligible children may be able to access dental treatment through the Australian Government's Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). The CDBS provides benefits for a range of basic dental services, subject to current eligibility requirements and benefit limits.

DVA (Department of Veterans' Affairs)
Kedron Dental Centre welcomes DVA Gold Card and eligible White Card holders. We can help you understand which treatments are covered under your DVA dental benefits and process your claim directly where applicable.
